Outdoor Fitness is the ground-breaking approach to achieving complete health, fitness, and well-being in as little as eight weeks in the outdoors, by America’s first and foremost outdoor fitness trainer, Tina Vindum. This program knocks down the barriers of the usual gym workout and is rooted in simple, results oriented conditioning suitable for all fitness levels.
 
You’ll find Outdoor Fitness is more inspiring than exercising in a conventional gym. Clients say they experience a pronounced sense of well-being, feel stronger, leaner, and more balanced—inside and out.

 
Group Training Basic Details:

  • Wednesday and Friday  7:00 am - 8:15 am
  • All sessions meet around Southern Marin County, CA
  • Class Size - Maximum 12 participants
  • All participants are required to participate in a 10-20 minute (free) telephone consultation so that we can learn about your health and fitness goals.
  • Session Fee - $250 per 4 week (2 days per week) session
